 Job Description

It won?t affect your score.Credit does not need to be perfect and you don?t necessarily need to have anycredit built up but you can?t have more items in collections compared to itemsthat are in good standing. You will need to have more positive items or equalamount of both items. Medical bills in collections do not count.*

Mortgage Company centrally located in OKC is needing several Collections Reps to provide excellent service to customers.

 

Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., some Sat. hrs.

Also have 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, and 12pm-9pm shifts available

 

Pay starts at least at $12/hr but typically starts $14-15/hr if you have at least 4 years of customer service/call center volume experience or a 4 year degree.

10-7 shift earns an additional $1

12-9 shift earns an additional $1.50

Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish/English earn an additional $1.00

Also, a minimum $250 incentive bonus paid monthly for the first 4 months of employment on top of your hourly pay. There is an incentive plan where there is no ceiling. The successful candidate can expect to earn an additional $750 to $1,000 per month if they are meeting the higher end of their goals.

The customer service rep is going to work with customers who are struggling to make their mortgage payments to help them get caught up before they could face foreclosure. This includes inbound calls as well but the majority is likely outbound telephone calls with the customer. You will receive an extensive training program, including classroom-style and on-the job training programs.

 Qualifications

We are seeking assertive and competitive people with excellentverbal communication skills, willingness to go above and beyond, job tenure,dependable, a positive attitude and empathy to help people. Must be able to getto work on time and have great attendance consistently. Preference will begiven to candidates with call center and/or collections. Serving/waitressingexperience typically works well also.

 

Must be able to pass a background, drug test, and Credit as well. Youdon?t have to have a certain score but you can?t have more bills in collectionscompared to items paid on time (not including medical bills).
