OilfieldCompany in West OKC is seeking a Receptionist for office.

 Fulltime Mon-Fri 8-5.

 Mustbe friendly, outgoing, positive attitude and dependable. Must have a good senseof humor and not be easily offended. Must be a self-starter and able to workindependently.

TheSecretary/Clerk is appointed to this position by the Vice President ofAdministration. Those duties include: Handling correspondence with branchesregarding daily activities; answer telephones; greet incoming customers andvisitors. The Secretary/Clerk plays a significant role in continued growth andprofitability of the company; that contribution is dependent uponself-motivation, commitment and ability to organize, plan and direct theaccounting activities.

 Qualifications

SkillsNeeded:

  • Abilityto read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write correspondence and effectively present information inone-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Abilityto add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using wholenumbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Abilityto apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolvedwritten or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a fewconcrete variables in standardized situations.

 Education:

HighSchool Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) needed

 Weare looking for someone with at least 2 years of administrative/officeexperience.
