 Job Description

This position is Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 p.m. The pay rate will range from $12-14/hour. The position is responsible for:

  • Ensuring all necessary actions are taken to preserve and protect company?s assets.
  • Managing overall property conditions including general care, maintenance, and repairs utilizing our direct preservation vendors.
  • Creating and submitting bids for approval to HUD and internal departments as needed.
  • Creating work orders with clear and thorough direction timely and accurately.
  • Reviewing completed work orders to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Monitoring and communicating with business partners and vendors as needed to ensure required time lines are met.
  • Interacting with internal legal counsel and/or city officials as needed.
  • Tracking and thoroughly documenting the status of the properties
 Qualifications

Requires:

1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

Strong analytical problem solving skills.

Strong oral/ written communication skills.

Time management/ ability to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of property management, construction and maintenance is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Possess strong math and organizational skills.

Highly prefer candidate with leasing or property management experience or even office type of experience at construction companies where you have had to deal with work orders/invoices etc. Ideal candidate will have experience working with Mortgage and HUD regulations and guidelines. Must be able to pick up to new tasks quickly, multi-task, flexible to change, have good computer skills, excellent communication skills and follow up abilities.
