1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
Strong analytical problem solving skills.
Strong oral/ written communication skills.

Knowledge of property management, construction and maintenance is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Possess strong math and organizational skills.
Highly prefer candidate with leasing or property management experience or even office type of experience at construction companies where you have had to deal with work orders/invoices etc. Ideal candidate will have experience working with Mortgage and HUD regulations and guidelines. Must be able to pick up to new tasks quickly, multi-task, flexible to change, have good computer skills, excellent communication skills and follow up abilities.
