 Job Description
This position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. This position serves by processing claims, maintaining covered equipment lists, preparing quotes for new equipment coverage, and maintaining quality customer service. 
Job Duties:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Communicate regularly with clients using email and telephone to answer questions, resolve customer issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve claim issues and source parts for repair
  • Providing claim, loss, and equipment reports to clients on a timely basis
  • Prepare quotes for new equipment coverage
  • Maintain schedules of equipment coverage, to include adding, changing, and deleting equipment coverage
  • Process claims for equipment repairs and maintenance; review claims for accuracy and completeness
  • And other duties, as needed

  • Analyzing claim information
  • Strong computer skills
  • Data Entry
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Quick learner and willingness to learn
