 Job Description

Office Manager/Receptionist DUTIES Include but are not limited to:

  • Actively participate in the success business
  • Adhere to laws, policies, procedures and ethical standards
  • Answer the main phone line and direct calls
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors/callers by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring visitor log.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist with student records requests
  • Receive incoming faxes (electronic) and disperse
  • Address incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide shipping labels and manage UPS shipments for the office
  • Input grade information into MAS
  • Input EOI testing scores into MAS

Hours for this position are 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM. The pay will start at $12.00/hour, with an increase to $13 plus benefits if they are made a regular employee.
