 Job Description

This position is a full-time position with an Oilfield company in OKC, working Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00. 

Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

  • Reviewing and verifying invoices and check request
  • Setting invoices up for payment
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Entering and uploading invoices electronically to QuickBooks
  • Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments
  • Preparing and performing check runs
  • Posting transactions to journals and general ledgers
  • Reconciling accounts payable transactions
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintaining vendor files
  • Corresponding with vendors and customers
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Assisting in month end closing
  • Providing support documentation for audits
  • Maintaining up-to-date billing systems
  • Generating and sending out weekly invoices
  • Reviewing AR aging to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions
  • Processing bank deposits and processing adjustments


 Qualifications
Must have good working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise.  Experience in Manufacturing and/or Inventory Modules of QuickBooks would be a bonus.
